We have just returned for a great stay at Erin’s place. The property is as described and can be seen in the photographs. Erin was a very responsive and proactive host.
The home being a smart house makes it feel very modern also.

Erin’s home was beyond beautiful! Extremely clean and each room had their own towels nicely folded on each bed. You seldom see that in an Airbnb. The laundry room had heaps of beach towels also for use in the pool. We jumped in the pool everyday of our stay. Erin was a wonderful host and we had no need to contact her during our stay because we had everything that we needed and had no issuers whatsoever from the time of check-in til we checked out. Would highly recommend Erin’s place for anyone looking for a fun getaway in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood ❤️

It's so refreshing to have a listing accurately describe what to expect when booking a home. Erin was a great host and has a beautiful home. The house was super clean and the kitchen had all the basics needed to cook and bake for your guests. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is walkable to many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in town.

Erin’s place was wonderful and the perfect amount of space for attending my daughter’s graduation. We all enjoyed the pool and bbq patio area. There was also enough bedrooms for all of us which is always a plus. I will definitely stay here again if I’m visiting my daughter.

Erin is very responsive and easy to work with. She helped us and gave us a discount on several extensions because we needed them during our stay. She is very kind and attentive.

We stayed for 3 weeks while our home was being remodeled and I wish we had booked 4 weeks. Erin’s home was extremely comfortable, clean and the neighborhood was extremely safe. The home is in a great location with many restaurants and stores around. Erin was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay! Definitely a 5 star home!
